What you'll do

• Receive, document, and escalate complaints and inquiries via established channels
• Serve as the initial contact for driver and officer concerns and refer to appropriate departments
• Maintain accurate records and ensure closure of cases
• Follow up on issues to ensure timely feedback and resolution
• Conduct safety talks and promote road safety practices
• Process staff leave applications and school fee allowances as required
