The Founding Commercial Systems Engineer will be the first dedicated engineer for Rightway's commercial organization. You will build and connect the existing commercial stack including Salesforce and related tools, creating a cohesive engine that helps the business sell, retain, and grow.
What you'll do
Own and build our commercial systems, serving as the technical owner of Salesforce and the stack
Architect, wire together tools, and write code beyond what configuration can handle (Apex, Lightning/LWC, APIs) for custom tooling and integrations
Ensure data remains trustworthy by building automations, controls, and pipelines to feed the central warehouse
Develop automation and AI capabilities to support reps and client success teams with deal briefs, renewal alerts, and AI-assisted insights
Mentor or manage a team member over time and help shape the growth of the commercial engineering function
What they're looking for
Hands-on builder who can own systems, data, and tooling end to end
5+ years deeply experienced in Salesforce with at least 3 years writing Apex in production
