About the role

SupportYourApp is a global intelligent support partner for tech companies, delivering customer and technical support across multiple languages. This role is a short-term Technical Support Consultant position with the potential to extend into long-term collaboration, focused on providing technical and customer support to D2C and B2B inquiries.

What you'll do

• Provide technical support via email, calls and chats in a professional and efficient manner
• Troubleshoot issues with the home app and escalate when needed
• Guide customers through solutions step by step and document interactions clearly
• Ask the right questions to diagnose problems and follow troubleshooting procedures
• Escalate complex issues and maintain a positive, patient customer experience
• Manage multiple conversations with accuracy and quality
