About the role
AltScore is a B2B credit infrastructure platform serving large LATAM enterprises. This role owns the end to end customer lifecycle, from onboarding and adoption to renewals and expansion, with a focus on driving value and strategic outcomes for enterprise clients.
What you'll do
- Own the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
- Drive Net Dollar Retention by identifying usage growth opportunities and leading expansion efforts.
- Be a voice of the customer with Product and Engineering to prioritize real world lending needs.
- Use data to anticipate risks, derive insights, and influence long term strategy.
- Collaborate with Sales to unblock complex deals and with Delivery to ensure smooth RoL integration.
- Build high trust, C level relationships through high touch engagement and occasional in person visits in LatAm.

- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting in Enterprise SaaS or Fintech.
- Hands on knowledge of credit, lending, credit risk, collections, or B2B financing and understanding of the full credit lifecycle.
- Experience with API based products; HubSpot experience is a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong numerical discipline with churn, NDR and adoption metrics and the ability to translate data into action.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Latin America to meet key clients.
