CREW SCHEDULER

About the role

What you'll do

• Prepare, update, and maintain flight crew rosters aligned with the schedule and available resources
• Monitor crew availability, licences validity, and qualification requirements
• Ensure assignments comply with FTL, duty periods, and rest requirements
• Coordinate crew replacements and roster adjustments with relevant teams
• Communicate changes and maintain accurate records for flight operations
• Assist with time-sensitive scheduling decisions to support operations

• Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
• Experience in crew scheduling, airline operations, or related aviation role
• Knowledge of crew rostering principles, duty and rest requirements, and aviation regulations
• Proficiency with computer applications and crew scheduling tools
• Strong organisational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work shifts and respond effectively to operational changes
