Bilingual (FR/ENG) Associate – Product Management

About the role

Beacon Power Services provides electrical grid management software and related analytics for utilities across Africa. This role owns product management activities for an assigned module, coordinating with engineering, design, QA, and operations to gather requirements, support testing, and contribute to roadmap priorities.

What you'll do

• Conduct user and market research and organize findings
• Summarize feedback and improvement requests for roadmap planning
• Define product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, QA to clarify requirements and support development
• Review features and support release readiness and documentation
• Track deployment issues and collect feedback for product improvements
