Benefits Specialist - Lifecycle

About the role

RemotePass is a global platform transforming how businesses access and manage top talent, including onboarding, payroll, and compliance. As a Benefits Specialist on the Lifecycle team, you will own the benefits experience for our global EOR workforce, driving renewals, plan launches, and enrollment accuracy. Health insurance is central to the role, and you will collaborate with brokers, insurers, clients, and internal teams to ensure compliant, well priced coverage across countries.

What you'll do

• Own benefits renewals and manage the global renewal calendar.
• Review terms, pricing, and coverage; flag gaps and support broker and provider negotiations.
• Scope and launch new plans by researching local requirements and comparing proposals.
• Oversee enrolments, changes, and terminations; ensure accurate billing with Payroll, Finance, and Legal.
• Be the go to for benefits questions; guide teams on statutory versus supplemental benefits and manage broker relationships.

What they're looking for

• 3+ years in employee benefits, benefits administration, insurance, or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of health insurance; familiarity with life, disability, pension, and wellness benefits is a plus.
• Hands-on experience managing renewals or new plan implementations and reviewing proposals with brokers or insurers.
• Benefits experience across multiple countries with understanding of how requirements vary by jurisdiction; background in EOR, PEO, global mobility, HR tech, international payroll, or insurance brokerage is a strong advantage.
• Analytical, highly organized, and detail oriented with ability to manage multiple renewals and projects.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
