About the role

Correlation One provides AI and data skills programs globally. This Teaching Assistant role supports about 30 online learners, handling live class support and post class assistance to ensure understanding and retention.

What you'll do

• Monitor Slack channels for student questions during and after online sessions
• Assist breakout sessions and help maintain smooth class flow
• Troubleshoot technical issues with lead instructors to keep classes on track
• Respond to student questions within 24 hours outside class hours
• Share relevant information and materials to encourage student interaction and learning
• Prepare materials and questions for upcoming sessions and assist with assignments

What they're looking for

• Japanese and English communication skills, written and spoken
• Experience in data center facilities or similar environments
• Leadership or supervisory experience in technical teams is a plus
• Strong communication with adult learners from diverse backgrounds
• Interest in helping learners pursuing data center or infrastructure careers
• Basic IT qualifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are welcome
