• Ensure execution under demanding timelines

• Diagnose bottlenecks, restructure workflows, and implement solutions that improve quality, throughput, and cost-efficiency.

You have/are:

• Background in consulting, finance, startups, or other operationally intense environments.

• Strong analytical and communication abilities; proven track record of managing complex projects.

• Comfortable working directly with high-profile clients.

• Excited by “gritty” process optimization and large-scale execution.

Misc

• We operate six days per week.

• Terac culture: Between weekly presentations, company hackathons, and an AI-first mindset, you'll be working with one of the most innovative teams on the planet.

• Growth opportunities: You're joining Terac at one of the earliest stages and will have an opportunity to shape and grow with the company as a founding member.
