About the role
Talk360 is a global calling platform that connects millions of callers across hundreds of corridors. You will own call quality and routing end to end, balancing immediate fixes with long term improvements to scale and improve reliability.
What you'll do
- Own and improve call quality end to end across all zones and origins
- Manage zones, codes, and origins and keep routing structures clean for 900 zones
- Update routing several times a day, testing new suppliers and configurations
- Collaborate with product, CRM, and supplier teams to improve end user experience
- Move routing toward semi automated processes and pricing where possible

- Hands on experience with international A Z calling and telco routing systems
- NOC or technical support background with live voice traffic troubleshooting
- Familiarity with routing or testing platforms and call detail records analysis
- Experience with SIP, LCR, and related telecom concepts is a plus
