About the role
Talk360 connects callers worldwide and manages complex, cross-border call quality and routing. This role owns call quality end to end, and the ongoing optimization of zones, codes, origins, and routing across multiple suppliers and markets.
What you'll do
- Own call quality end to end and drive both quick fixes and long term improvements.
- Manage zones, dialing codes, and call origins, keeping data structures accurate across hundreds of zones.
- Update routing multiple times per day, running tests and implementing supplier changes.
- Collaborate with product, CRM, and cross-functional teams to improve end user experience.
- Move routing toward automation and semi automated pricing where possible.

- Hands-on experience with international A Z calling and telco routing; cross-border calling experience.
- NOC or technical support background with ability to troubleshoot live voice traffic and read call detail records.
- Exposure to routing or testing platforms such as iTest or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Digitalk Cloud Carrier or similar is a plus.
- Strong communication and methodical, audit-focused work style.
