Senior Linguistic Services Manager

About the role

RWS Transform provides AI driven language technology and expert services to enable digital transformation. This role owns monitoring linguistic quality across AI related services, flagging quality issues early and driving improvement in linguistic processes and AI annotation strategies.

What you'll do

• Provide linguistic services and support for AI tasks to production teams, partners and customers.
• Design and implement quality management methodologies for AI focused linguistic services.
• Deliver assigned AI services tasks including enforcement of task guidelines and quality management across languages and projects.
• Provide trainings to translators, annotators and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in linguistic and AI workflows.

What they're looking for

• Linguistic education or equivalent experience; AI training or certificates are a plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in AI services or quality management, preferably in a client facing or supporting role.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong MS Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Practical knowledge of AI annotation and evaluation, AI prompting and LLMs.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
