What you'll do
Lead enterprise SaaS implementations across the full engagement lifecycle from pre-sales scope to go-live and adoption
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Paid TAMs, AI specialists, Product, Engineering, and client project teams
Own engagement governance, risk management, budgets, and status reporting to clients and internal stakeholders
Drive AI adoption and help clients realize value through post-go-live outcomes
Identify expansion opportunities and support co-selling with Account Executives
Design and run governance mechanisms and change management plans with clients

Proven enterprise SaaS deployment experience from kickoff to adoption in work management, PSA, CRM, ITSM or collaboration platforms

Comfort with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery and ability to match client needs to delivery approach
