About the role
Banco Plata, S.A. is a multi line of business bank and risk management company. This role leads how we source, evaluate, and integrate data for risk decisioning and models across the business.
What you'll do
- Own end to end relationships with external data vendors including sourcing, negotiating, and contracts
- Drive cross functional projects to integrate data sources into production with Data Science, Modeling, and IT teams
- Define and track KPIs for the data sourcing function and identify opportunities to reduce costs or improve model quality
- Manage stakeholder relationships to align priorities and unblock delivery timelines
- Build and maintain visibility into the vendor pipeline covering costs, coverage, and impact

- Strong project and delivery management, especially cross functional initiatives without direct authority
- Working understanding of data analytics fundamentals and ability to task analysts
