About the role

Dev.Pro is a US-based outsourced software development company that operates as a remote-first organization with teams in 55+ countries. This role sits in the Manual QA team and owns manual testing for our Point of Sale platform used by retail and restaurant businesses worldwide. You will collaborate with colleagues across the US and Europe to test reliability, stability, and usability of software and hardware solutions.

What you'll do

• Execute manual testing of POS applications across web, Windows, Android, and iOS platforms
• Perform REST API testing and validate system integrations
• Verify new features, enhancements and bug fixes to ensure reliable performance
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution
• Create, maintain, and update test cases, test plans, and other QA documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality throughout the SDLC

What they're looking for

• 1.5+ years of experience in software testing focused on manual testing
• Strong understanding of testing principles, methodologies, and SDLC/STLC
• Hands-on experience testing web applications
• REST API testing experience using Postman or similar tools
• Experience creating, executing, and maintaining test cases and documentation
• Strong defect management, bug life cycle understanding, and Jira experience; Intermediate+ English for global collaboration
