What you'll do
- Lead performance testing for complex cloud-based systems and architectures to ensure performance, scalability, and resilience.
- Design and implement performance-testing approaches for cloud-native components such as microservices, serverless, and containers.
- Analyze performance results across the stack to identify bottlenecks and root causes and propose improvements.
- Validate cloud elasticity, auto-scaling policies, failover and self-healing mechanisms under peak load.
- Define testing scope, scenarios, and metrics and translate business requirements into performance-testing plans; collaborate with product and engineering teams.
