About the role

Dev.Pro is a US-based outsourced software development company with a remote-first approach, delivering engineering for clients worldwide. This role is for an Intermediate Test Engineer on our Manual QA team, focused on testing a POS platform and related hardware; the position requires daily attendance in our testing lab in Wroclaw.

What you'll do

• Execute manual testing of POS applications across web, Windows, Android, and iOS.
• Perform REST API testing and validate system integrations.
• Test POS hardware and peripherals including terminals, scanners, printers.
• Verify new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure reliable performance.
• Create, maintain, and update test cases, test plans, and QA documentation; document defects and work with developers for resolution.

• 1.5+ years of experience in software testing focused on manual testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, SDLC and STLC.
• Hands-on experience testing web applications.
• REST API testing experience using Postman or similar tools.

• Jira experience and intermediate plus English for daily communication.
