About the role

Dev.Pro is a US based outsourced software development company with a remote first approach, working across 55+ countries. This role owns testing of complex cloud based systems, combining test automation with performance testing, and contributing to workload modeling, performance analysis, and CI/CD integration.

What you'll do

• Create, maintain, and execute automated tests for complex cloud based systems.
• Design workload scenarios based on production traffic patterns and SLA/SLO requirements.
• Script dynamic test scenarios with parameterization, correlation, data driving, and assertions.
• Integrate load tests into CI/CD pipelines for automated regression testing.
• Analyze performance test results and metrics to identify issues and bottlenecks; profile microservices, REST APIs, and database response times under load.

• 1.5 to 4 years of experience in software testing or test automation.
• Strong Python and/or Scala scripting skills, including object oriented programming.
• Basic understanding of cloud based systems and infrastructure components such as streams, queues, and hosts.
• Experience analyzing test results and identifying issues or unexpected behavior.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills plus strong technical communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to develop skills in performance testing and performance analysis; upper intermediate English.
