About the role

Dev.Pro is a US-based outsourced software development company and remote-first organization working with teams across 55+ countries. We are hiring for an Intermediate Test Engineer Automation to join our office-based team and work with a top Point-of-Sale vendor with 100,000 installations worldwide. The role focuses on designing and executing automated tests to ensure quality across the client’s software products in collaboration with a multinational development team.

What you'll do

• Automate testing processes using Python and Pytest; create and update automated tests.
• Set up test environments, prepare test data, and clarify requirements as needed.
• Automate tests for new features; analyze, document, and report test results; maintain test-related documentation.
• Analyze test results and adjust tests to support UI testing; collaborate with international teams.
• Ensure quality by working with a multinational development team to contribute to test strategy.
• Stay current with advancements in test automation and CI/CD practices.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in test automation.
• Strong Python and Pytest skills, MongoDB experience is optional.
• Proficiency with CI/CD workflows and automation tools such as Jenkins; Docker and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with microservices testing and AWS basics; ability to work with complex testing documentation.
• Intermediate+ English proficiency; ability to learn quickly and adapt.
• Desirable: Elasticsearch familiarity.
