About the role

The Director, IT Audit leads the technology audit function, overseeing risk assessments, IT governance and cybersecurity controls, and advising senior leadership on mitigating technology risks across infrastructure, applications and cloud environments.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute a risk based IT audit plan aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Direct audits of cybersecurity infrastructure, cloud architecture, IAM, data privacy and disaster recovery
- Evaluate conformity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, SOC 2 and data privacy laws
- Lead and mentor a team of IT auditors and technical specialists
- Present findings and remediation plans to the Chief Audit Officer and executive management
- Embed automated audit techniques, data analytics and continuous controls monitoring

- 10+ years of IT auditing, technology risk management or cybersecurity experience
- 4+ years in a senior leadership or management role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or related field
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) required
- Additional credentials such as CRISC, CISM, CISSP or CIA are desirable
- Deep technical knowledge of cloud environments (Google, AWS), networks, databases, APIs and ITGCs
