What you'll do
Own the company operating model and rolling forecast for revenue, headcount, OPEX and cash
Run annual budget and reforecast processes with department leaders
Produce monthly budget versus actuals and variance analysis for leadership
Build and maintain SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, retention, CAC, LTV and gross margin
Model pricing, packaging and new product scenarios and assess impact on revenue, margin and cash
Track and forecast cost structure including hosting, infrastructure and third party software

Five or more years in FP&A with meaningful SaaS or subscription software experience
Ability to build a three-statement operating model from scratch and fluent with Excel and Google Sheets
Strong SaaS metrics knowledge and ability to connect them to cash
Solid accounting understanding to work with a controller and staff accountants
Independent worker who can communicate clearly with non-finance teams
Comfort pulling data from Stripe, GL, CRM and product databases and using AI tools to automate reporting
