About the role
Wing Assistant is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Assistant to support sales initiatives, sales tracking, and the daily coordination needs of the Sales Department. Reporting to the Head of Sales and working closely with Maria, our Pipeline Manager, this person will help maintain accurate sales updates, follow through on action items, and coordinate tasks that keep sales opportunities moving.
What you'll do
- Support the Head of Sales in organizing and executing initiatives, break them into clear tasks with owners and deadlines, and track progress through completion.
- Prepare sales materials, presentations, and supporting documents and coordinate with relevant teams to gather information.
- Maintain accurate sales trackers, CRM records, and activity reports; track lead and opportunity updates, scheduled calls, pending proposals, and follow-up commitments; prepare daily and weekly summaries.
- Work closely with Maria to track accounts across pipeline stages, follow up for status updates, document next steps and deadlines, and escalate stalled items as needed.
- Organize sales meetings, record decisions and action items, distribute notes, and assist with handoffs between Sales, Talent Acquisition, Training, Onboarding, and Customer Success.
