Onboarding Specialist

About the role

Wing is redefining the future of work for companies worldwide. The Onboarding Specialist is a client-facing coordination role responsible for managing candidate movement and client requirements throughout the hiring and onboarding process. The role involves coordinating endorsements, interviews, onboarding requirements, and ongoing communications while working closely with Recruiting and Customer Success.

What you'll do

• Coordinate candidate movement and endorsements and track progress
• Manage client and candidate communications via email, messaging, and calls
• Schedule and monitor interviews and gather feedback
• Proactively repurpose qualified candidates for other opportunities within timelines
• Coordinate onboarding requirements and escalate issues as needed
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Customer Success and internal teams to maintain accurate records

• Excellent written and verbal English communication for client and candidate interactions
• Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive problem-solver who can identify blockers and escalate when needed
• Customer-service oriented with strong relationship and stakeholder management
• Proficient with email, calendars, CRM/ATS and other administrative tools
