We are looking for an Onsite Recruiter who will serve as a key representative of our brand during the hiring process, conducting high-quality, in-depth interviews and delivering a quality-driven hiring approach rather than volume-based recruitment.

What you'll do

• Conduct structured, in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit across skills, experience, and role requirements
• Match candidates to specific hiring needs with a strong focus on quality and precision
• Represent the company brand with professionalism in all candidate interactions (virtual and onsite)
• Evaluate candidate communication style, professionalism, and readiness for client-facing roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring expectations; maintain high standards in candidate experience
• Provide clear and structured interview feedback and hiring recommendations

• At least 2+ years of interview experience beyond basic pre-screening
• Strong executive presence and professionalism in virtual and face-to-face settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company brand effectively
• Proven ability to assess candidates holistically and match them to specific role requirements
• Experience in quality-driven recruitment (non-volume hiring preferred)
• Background in BPO recruitment is acceptable only if paired with exceptional communication and interviewing depth
