Data Scientist - Product Analytics

About the role

ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company focused on voice, creative AI, and developer tools. The Data Scientist - Product Analytics will own the analytics behind how users discover and adopt ElevenLabs products, partnering with Product, Growth and the central Data team.

What you'll do

• Define and own product health metrics such as activation, feature adoption, retention and engagement across ElevenCreative, ElevenAgents and ElevenAPI
• Design, analyse and communicate results of product experiments including A/B tests and onboarding changes
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering on the certified product KPI layer in dbt
• Partner with Product to turn ambiguous questions into trusted analysis
• Work with fellow Growth data scientists on marketing and revenue adjacent questions that touch the product funnel

• Demonstrated experience as a data scientist embedded with a product or growth team, ideally at a product-led company
• Strong SQL and Python skills with hands-on experimentation and product analytics experience
• Ability to translate ambiguous product questions into clear, reusable analysis and defensible metrics
• Comfort working directly with Product and Growth stakeholders and challenging ill-defined asks
• Structured thinker who can move fast without sacrificing rigour
