About the role
The Channel Manager, West Africa is responsible for developing and scaling SBSs partner ecosystem across Nigeria and the broader West Africa region. This remote role owns recruiting, enabling, and managing channel partners to drive pipeline, revenue, and market expansion from the Greater Lagos area with regular engagement across Nigeria and neighboring markets.
What you'll do
- Define and execute the channel strategy for Nigeria and West Africa aligned with regional and global objectives
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage strategic channel partners such as system integrators, fintechs, consulting partners, and resellers
- Build joint business plans with partners including pipeline targets and go-to-market initiatives
- Enable partners on SBS solutions, run training and sales enablement, and ensure solution alignment
- Manage partner performance, forecasting, and contribution to pipeline and revenue
- Collaborate with SBS sales teams on partner-led and co-sell opportunities
