What you'll do
Administer SFTP connections, folders, credentials, and user access for eligibility and accumulator files
Monitor file receipt, delivery, layout, and counts across clients and TPAs
Design, build, and maintain automated file workflows to reduce manual handling
Test and document automations, including failure handling and recovery
Troubleshoot accumulator discrepancies by reconciling claims with TPAs and carriers
Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for TPAs and coordinate changes with internal teams
