About the role
Clickatell is a world class chat commerce company building solutions for customers globally. The Accounting Administrator will maintain financial records, manage accounts payable and receivable, process payroll, and support financial reporting while handling confidential information with integrity.
What you'll do
- Perform daily and weekly accounting tasks including reconciliations and data integrity checks
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable and assist with cashflow forecasting
- Support tax and audit processes and respond to auditor requests
- Monitor JIRA queues for refunds and coordinate with banks and support teams
- Prepare documentation for external audits and assist with financial statements
- Collaborate with systems development and finance teams on data issues and process improvements
