POS Technician (Osun)

About the role

Moniepoint is Africa's all-in-one financial ecosystem, empowering businesses and their customers with seamless payment, banking, credit, and management tools. The POS technician is responsible for repairing, supporting and maintaining POS devices and related hardware across our distribution network, including Linux and Android POS terminals, Mpos and Kiosk.

What you'll do

• Work closely with the hardware department to manage the end-to-end repair process.
• Provide second level support on hardware related issues.
• Manage and coordinate Terminal Repair Centers across our network.
• Perform other duties as delegated and assigned by the Line Manager.

What they're looking for

• Minimum of B.Sc./HND.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related role.
• Technical ability to repair PAX, Aisino, Smartpeck and Topwise terminals.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must reside in Osogbo and be self-driven with initiative.
