About the role

The Inventory Manager owns inventory accuracy, stock integrity, and space utilization across all fulfillment centers, acting as the guardian of physical stock and ensuring alignment between system records and quantities while minimizing loss and aging.

What you'll do

• Design and execute daily cycle counts, wall-to-wall stock takes, and periodic audits across all warehouses.
• Investigate stock variances, analyze root causes of discrepancies, and implement preventative actions.
• Manage inventory aging, slotting, putaway strategies, and storage capacity optimization.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Inbound, and Outbound teams to dispose of slow-moving, expired, or damaged inventory.
• Ensure strict adherence to WMS processes, SOPs, and internal audit guidelines.

What they're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Finance.
• 4+ years of inventory control and warehouse management experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG.
• High proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems, ERP tools, and data analytics; SQL is a plus.
• Proven track record of inventory accuracy above 99% and managing shrinkage controls.
• Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and team management capabilities.
