About the role

Sapio Sciences builds a lab informatics platform for drug discovery and diagnostics. The Director, Talent Acquisition owns the end-to-end recruitment process for Sapio and its dual-brand structure across Sapio and Sigmatic Sciences, partnering with the executive team to scale hiring globally.

What you'll do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from planning to close across all functions and geographies.
• Partner with the CPO and executives to translate hiring plans into actionable strategies.
• Build and scale a high-performing talent acquisition function with process and tools.
• Lead searches for business-critical roles and develop proactive, diverse pipelines.
• Own Lever as the system of record and drive data-driven recruiting.
• Advise hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to offer.

What they're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, including senior and executive recruiting.
• Experience building or scaling a TA function in SaaS or life sciences.
• Hands-on ATS experience, Lever preferred.
• Experience recruiting across multiple geographies, US and international, UK/Europe a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner with executives and boards.
