Senior Project Manager

About the role

Sapio Sciences provides a configurable lab informatics platform for science labs and diagnostics. This role owns Sapio deployments and major enhancement projects from kick-off to go-live, following the company’s agile deployment methodology and ensuring customer success.

What you'll do

• Prime Sapio deployments and major enhancement projects from kick-off to go-live.
• Manage multiple engagements and coordinate internal teams to stay on track.
• Advise customers on Sapio best practices to maximise deployment success.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor time, budget, quality, and success criteria.
• Maintain regular customer communication and ensure teams are well briefed prior to deployment.

What they're looking for

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Life Sciences with LIMS or ELN software.
• Experience managing internal and external stakeholders and running client workshops.
• BS/BA in Life Science or equivalent preferred.
• Self-starter, strong communicator, problem solver with customer focus.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and time-management skills; comfortable working from a home office; travel to client sites in Europe.
• Agile Project Management certification or demonstrable experience (preferred).
