[TEMPLATE] Integration Engineer (Metronome)

About the role

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Metronome is a usage-based billing product within Stripe. The Integration Engineer will own the technical aspects of the customer lifecycle after sale and before handoff to post-implementation teams.

What you'll do

• Conduct discovery and scoping to understand customer challenges across billing, pricing, and quote-to-cash.
• Support the implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering through launch, including data migration and testing.
• Configure Metronome and design integrations with CRM, CPQ, ERP, tax, and analytics systems.
• Advise on usage-based and consumption-based pricing models and help shape pricing strategies.
• Liaise with customers and Metronome's R&D to advocate for needs and manage risks and handoffs.

What they're looking for

• 5+ years in technical or customer-facing SaaS roles such as sales engineering, solutions architecture, technical account management, or deployment strategy.
• Experience leading complex enterprise technology implementations.
• Ability to learn and communicate technical concepts to technical, go-to-market, and finance stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30 percent.
• Deep knowledge of quote-to-cash processes and experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, CPQ systems, and the Stripe ecosystem.
• Background as a software engineer, product manager, or another technical role with strong project-management fundamentals.
