Structural Engineer

We are seeking a Structural Engineer to support our Professional Engineers by performing structural analysis, developing engineering calculations, and applying code compliant load math for heavy industrial structures, then translating results into Tekla Structures drawings and supporting documentation.

What you'll do

• Perform structural analysis of heavy industrial structures, including load path, wind, and seismic evaluation.
• Develop engineering calculations for steel structures, equipment supports, and foundations, applying AISC and IBC code requirements.
• Build structural models using RISA-3D (preferred) or RAM, Robot, SAP2000, ETABS, or STAAD.
• Draft structural steel and concrete drawings using Tekla Structures and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with internal engineers and client teams to meet project requirements and maintain documentation.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of structural engineering experience.
• Demonstrated experience performing structural analysis and engineering calculations, applying code rather than relying on templates.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Strong written and verbal English communication and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
