Senior Performance Marketer (Full Remote - Malta)

About the role

EverAI is building the future of AI companionship with a global, fast growing user base. You will own paid acquisition growth, working directly with the CMO to scale high performing campaigns and test new channels as needed.

What you'll do

• Take the lead on one or two paid acquisition channels and expand based on performance
• Build scalable acquisition funnels from execution to iteration with aggressive growth targets
• Run high velocity testing loops for creatives, audiences and placements
• Monitor performance daily with Voluum, GA4 and internal dashboards; drive decisions on CPA, ROAS and retention
• Collaborate with content and product teams to launch high converting landing pages and reduce creative fatigue

What they're looking for

• 4-10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results and optimization
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA or native platforms
• Analytical fluency with GA4, Voluum, tracking setups and dashboards
• Strong creative instincts: can write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate fast
