Senior Performance Marketer (Full Remote - Cyprus)

About the role

EverAI is building the future of AI companionship with a world class platform and a proprietary moderation system called EverGuard. This hands on role owns the paid acquisition function, collaborating with the CMO to scale campaigns and test new channels.

What you'll do

• Take lead on one or two paid channels with room to expand.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels from execution to iteration.
• Run rapid testing loops for creatives, audiences and placements.
• Monitor performance daily with Voluum, GA4 and internal dashboards.
• Own the creative briefing process and help land high converting pages.
• Create SOPs and dashboards to guide scaling decisions.

• 4-10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing 300K to 1M+ USD per month.
• Full ownership of campaign execution and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency with GA4, Voluum and dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts for briefs and landing page iteration.
