Senior Affiliate Manager (Full Remote - Malta)

About the role

EverAI is building the world’s largest AI companionship platform used by millions. Reporting to our Head of Partnerships and Affiliation, Hugo, this role owns the affiliate program, focusing on growing relationships, onboarding new partners, and driving performance and scale.

What you'll do

• Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are informed and supported.
• Oversee onboarding of new affiliates for smooth integration into the program.
• Monitor affiliate performance and generate reports on traffic, conversions and ROI.
• Analyze results to optimize campaigns and identify opportunities to scale.
• Recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the network.
• Troubleshoot affiliate issues and collaborate with internal teams to improve funnels.

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
• Proficiency with affiliate platforms and networks.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to report using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush or similar tools.
• Excellent English communication and collaborative skills.
• Ability to act with urgency, balance execution and strategy, and adapt quickly.
