Senior GTM Engineer

About the role

Oyster is a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for talent anywhere. The Senior GTM Engineer will be the technical operator behind Oyster's revenue engine, building, connecting, and automating the systems that drive pipeline. You'll work in Revenue Operations alongside GTM teams to turn commercial strategy into reliable workflows.

What you'll do

• Design the GTM stack architecture and data routing across CRM, lifecycle stages, and cross-system contracts.
• Integrate systems end to end across Salesforce, enrichment providers, outbound tools, marketing automation, the data warehouse, and Oyster APIs.
• Ship AI driven GTM workflows including prompt chains and signal-detection pipelines for research and outreach.
• Optimize commercial processes and data quality with automated data waterfalls and routing into the CRM.
• Instrument workflows with defined metrics, monitor performance, and ensure reliability.

• 5+ years in GTM engineering or related revenue-focused roles with proven pipeline impact.
• Deep hands on knowledge of a modern GTM stack and CRM architecture, with experience in Salesforce or HubSpot and related tools.
• Experience owning production workflows including error handling, retries, monitoring, and alerting.
• Experience using AI or LLMs in GTM or automation contexts, with prompt engineering and practical judgment.
• Strong commercial instinct, understanding funnel mechanics and a bias toward shipping and iteration.
