Senior Affiliate Manager (Full Remote - Cyprus)

About the role

EverAI is building the world's largest AI companionship platform, governed by our EverGuard moderation system to ensure safety and human-first experiences. With about 50 million users, the company is growing fast and this role owns the affiliate program and performance optimization. You will report to the Head of Partnerships/Affiliation, Hugo.

What you'll do

• Manage, maintain and grow affiliate relationships, ensuring partners are informed and supported.
• Oversee onboarding of new affiliates for smooth integration into the program.
• Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions and ROI.
• Analyze results to optimize campaigns and identify opportunities to scale.
• Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the network.
• Troubleshoot affiliate issues and collaborate with internal teams to optimize funnels.

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics across channels such as SEO, media buying and paid social.
• Advanced competence with tools like Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush and other reporting systems, plus excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, goal oriented, adaptable and a doer mindset.
