The role owns full-cycle recruiting for Product Management and Strategy & Operations teams across AMER, partnering with stakeholders to hire top talent and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Product Management and Strategy & Operations teams across AMER.
• Drive hiring strategy and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Partner with multiple internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives and hit headcount goals.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with compensation, human resources, finance and others to scale hiring.
• Generate a healthy pipeline through branding, events and employee referrals; provide timely reporting of key metrics.

What they're looking for

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house experience preferred.
• Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process as an effective advisor.
• Ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines with autonomy and comfort with ambiguity.
• Active, data-driven approach to problem solving and ability to translate trends into process improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to influence stakeholders.
