What you'll do
- Translate the product backlog into a credible engineering plan with estimates, dependencies, and a release train the team hits.

- Define architectural direction with the architecture group and write ADRs; evaluate build versus buy decisions.
- Own production health, including SLOs, alerts, capacity, and incident command with 24 hour post-mortems.
