About the role

African Safari Group operates a remote sales team focused on luxury South Africa safari experiences. This role focuses on South African luxury travel experiences, designing and selling bespoke itineraries to international clients. You will manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to post-travel follow-up, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client service.

What you'll do

• Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed luxury safari bookings focused on South Africa.
• Design tailor-made itineraries including safari lodges, city stays, coastal extensions, and curated experiences.
• Manage the full client journey from initial consultation through post-travel follow-up.
• Provide expert advice on South African safari destinations, lodges, and logistics; liaise with lodges, hotels, and suppliers to ensure seamless travel.
• Manage multiple client itineraries with meticulous attention to detail and nurture client relationships for repeat business.

• Proven experience as a luxury travel consultant, ideally specialising in South Africa.
• Strong knowledge of South African safari destinations, lodges, and travel experiences.
• Track record selling high-value, tailor-made itineraries directly to international clients.
• Strong sales ability with confidence managing the full client lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Experience working with booking systems, quoting tools, and CRM platforms.
