Luxury Travel Consultant - Madikwe Specialist (FULLY REMOTE)

About the role

African Safari Group is a leading luxury travel company specialising in bespoke African safari experiences. In this role you will design and sell tailor-made Madikwe safari itineraries and manage the client journey from initial enquiry through to booking and post-trip follow-up. This is a fully remote, sales-focused B2C position centred on Madikwe.

What you'll do

• Consult directly with clients to understand travel requirements, preferences, budgets and expectations.
• Design and sell tailor-made Madikwe safari itineraries, recommending lodges, room types and activities.
• Manage the client journey from enquiry through booking and post-trip follow-up, and prepare and present itineraries and quotes.
• Build strong client relationships, upsell where appropriate, and handle questions or objections throughout the sales process.
• Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience and keep the CRM up to date with current Madikwe lodges and developments.

What they're looking for

• Minimum 1 year's proven experience in direct B2C sales to clients.
• Relevant safari experience with strong knowledge of Madikwe Game Reserve.
• Experience selling or consulting on travel, safari or luxury experiences; ability to convert enquiries into sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong sales ability including upsell and closing bookings; experience with CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, stay highly organized with attention to detail, and demonstrate a genuine passion for African safari.
