About the role

Correlation One is a global provider of AI and data workforce development programs.

The role leads hands on training sessions for a client project that teaches teams how to plan and optimize retail promotions using a proprietary tool, delivering 30 sessions (10 full-day and 20 half-day) and driving harmonized promotional terminology across markets.

What you'll do

• Lead 30 training sessions for a global client, including 10 full-day and 20 half-day deliveries.
• Run hands-on promotional planning exercises where learners use the client tool through real workflows.
• Demonstrate the proprietary tool live and manage demonstrations and tech readiness.
• Help establish consistent, harmonized promotional terminology and processes across markets.
• Prepare and rehearse session content, including talking points for each delivery.
• Collaborate with the Correlation One team to align on client readiness and feedback.

• Background in marketing, sales, or business analysis with familiarity in promotional planning nomenclature.
• Ability to explain promotional performance metrics such as ROI, sales lift, and incrementality in plain business terms.
• Proven ability to learn a client's proprietary tool quickly and demo it live, including when it misbehaves.
• Experience running hands-on exercises where participants use the tool themselves.
• Experience delivering engaging training sessions in a virtual environment.
• Familiar with AI-assisted planning tools and where the tool's recommendations end and the planner's judgment begins.
