- Prepare and lead live virtual classroom sessions for Fellows ranging from 200 to 8,000+ people, tailoring content to learner needs.
- Manage class time Q&A and chat, monitoring energy and engagement during sessions.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth program delivery and meet schedules; contribute during weekdays or weekends as programs vary.
- Assist in lesson design, development, and improvement, tracking edits and curriculum changes as needed.
- Maintain professionalism, thorough lecture preparation, and clear communication with Fellows and staff.
