About the role
Remote Recruitment is hiring an Invoicing Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own accurate, on-time invoicing for the UK finance team, including raising invoices and credit notes, and answering customer billing questions. You will join the client's existing team from day one with a named manager in the UK and regular check-ins over video calls to track progress.
What you'll do
- Raise sales invoices and credit notes accurately
- Check billing data against orders and contracts
- Post invoices to the sales ledger
- Answer customer billing queries by email
- Help with month-end invoicing checks

- At least 1 year in invoicing, billing or accounts admin
- Experience with Xero, Sage or QuickBooks
- Strong Excel skills
- High accuracy with numbers
- Clear written English
- Nice to have UK VAT understanding
