Inbound Sales Agent

About the role

Remote Recruitment is hiring an Inbound Sales Agent for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You'll own inbound sales enquiries from the first call through to a closed order. There is no cold calling; every conversation starts with a customer who reached out first.

What you'll do

• Answer inbound sales calls, emails and chat enquiries
• Recommend products that fit and explain pricing clearly
• Convert enquiries into orders and process them accurately
• Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Keep the CRM up to date and follow up on open quotes

What they're looking for

• At least 1 year in inbound sales, telesales or a sales-focused contact centre
• A track record of hitting conversion or sales targets
• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive
• Confident, clear English on the phone and in writing
• Reliable home internet and a quiet workspace for UK hours
