Telesales Representative

About the role

Remote Recruitment connects South African professionals with UK based employers. This fully remote Telesales Representative role supports UK clients, with responsibilities to drive outbound calls, identify customer needs, and meet targets during UK business hours. You will join a supportive, fast growing team from home.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services
• Identify customer needs and match them to appropriate solutions
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records of calls and outcomes
• Build rapport with prospects to nurture long term client relationships

• 1+ year of telesales or outbound calling experience
• Clear, confident telephone manner with strong persuasion skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems for logging call activity
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently from home
• Target driven mindset with resilience to handle rejection
