About the role

Consensys is the design team supporting MetaMask, the most used wallet in crypto. This Senior Design Engineer role owns turning complex flows into simple, delightful experiences across the MetaMask app and browser extension. You will build in React and React Native, contribute to the design system, and craft agentic workflows for the team to move faster without cutting corners.

What you'll do

• Build pixel-perfect interfaces in React and React Native with obsessive attention to detail
• Design and implement animations and micro-interactions that feel deliberate
• Translate Figma designs into accessible, production-ready experiences with minimal handoff friction
• Develop agentic workflows and tooling that speed up design-to-code and day-to-day engineering work
• Grow the MetaMask design system with reusable, accessible components across platforms
• Move from idea to prototype quickly and validate with real users

• Portfolio demonstrating polished interfaces with motion and detail
• Proven track record shipping high-traffic consumer-facing products in React and React Native
• Fluency in modern JS/TypeScript and cross-platform frontend architecture
• Strong Figma literacy
