Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Our Financial Systems team builds trusted, intuitive products for employees, managers, and People professionals to simplify common tasks. In this role you will own products that help employees get accurate guidance and complete People related tasks, while enabling the People team to focus on high impact work.
What you'll do
- Own products end to end from discovery to delivery, adoption, and iteration.
- Define strategy and roadmap based on deep user understanding and measure adoption and impact.
- Design coherent experiences that connect data, knowledge, workflows, and systems.
- Partner with People, engineering, data, security, and legal to balance sound product and architecture tradeoffs.
- Lead adoption and establish sustainable ownership for changed processes.
- Use AI enabled tools across discovery, prototyping, requirements, testing, and iteration while protecting employee trust.
